About
Meet Amy Grubbs
Hi, I’m Amy Grubbs, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience as an LPC and more than 20 years in the mental health field. I am deeply committed to providing a safe, compassionate space for all individuals to feel seen, valued, and supported as they work through life’s challenges.
I specialize in helping people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Whether you’re facing family struggles, relationship challenges, or looking to create stronger connections in your life, I’m here to help you build a path toward growth and self-acceptance. My goal is to empower you to embrace who you are and live a life that feels authentic and meaningful.
I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy, tailoring my approach to meet your unique needs. Together, we’ll work on practical strategies for managing emotions, improving communication, and setting boundaries that align with your values. I believe in meeting people where they are and fostering a sense of belonging and trust.
As someone who values kindness, inclusivity, and connection, I welcome clients from all walks of life. I strive to create a judgment-free space where everyone feels comfortable being themselves. Your story matters, and I want to help you feel confident in owning it.
When I’m not in session, I enjoy spending time with family, connecting with friends, and exploring ways to nurture community and creativity.
If you’re ready to start your journey toward healing and growth, I’d be honored to support you. Let’s work together to create a life that reflects your values and celebrates your strengths.
